The dining experience felt a bit uncomfortable. We were the only customers in a very small and quiet restaurant, and the owner or staff stood facing us the whole time, watching us while we ate. It felt like we were being observed, which made it hard to enjoy our meal or even have a private conversation. Because of that, we stayed mostly silent until we paid the bill and left. As for the food, I would suggest skipping the rice. I'm not sure what's with the bad reviews, my experience here was great. I went there tonight with my wife, and admittedly it was late, and we probably came in close to closing time, yet we were greeted and sat with enthusiasm. The food was good, and priced reasonably. The woman working was very friendly, and even complimented our Japanese, even though we know it isn't very good. Way to experience for what you got Mostly on the amount is unfair.

We give a shot even we read the reviews because it was on a manbo period and many places was closed.
