Was excited to try Tajima Beef because I heard how it's local delicacy. Was grateful they were open on New Years Day because so many places were closed that we didn't know where to eat for lunch. Customer service was kind and offered me a blanket since I was wearing white and they didn't want me to get dirty. Atmosphere felt elegant and refined with wood detailing. We can only conclude this unacceptable "steak" was intentional. Likely discrimination on the part of managment and chef. Huge disappointment especially since we have enjoyed delicious beef and other fine dining experiences from our many...
