所謂、『燕三条系』と呼ばれているラーメン。 ・『特・勝　全部のせ醤油ラーメン』を食べました。 ・麺は太麺。背脂多めで冷めにくいのが特徴。 ・味は濃いめだが、しつこくない。美味しい。 ・お椀は燕三条で作られた特製お碗。ラーメンは熱いのに、お椀を直接手で触れても全然熱くないです。

特味噌ラーメン全部のせ大盛りを食べました！ 燕三条系ラーメン、いわゆる背脂チャッチャ系のラーメンが売りのラーメン屋さんです。 ラーメン屋さんが休みがちな月曜日に営業している事と、夜遅くやっているので、割と利用しています。 背脂ラーメン（醤油）がイチオシではありますが、最近、ここでは味噌ラーメンにハマっています！ 太麺によく合う濃厚味噌で、え？勝で味噌と思う人もいるかもしれませんが、そこそこ旨くて、また食べたくなる味でオススメですよ^_^ 味濃い目の太麺が好きな方はお試しあれ！
