Idouji — Restaurant in Tsukuba

Idouji was certainly something else. An amazing experience.

Their bowl of ramen is perhaps one of the best, if not the best, I have ever had.

I think this place is special; this bowl of ramen is an artisanal work, for lack of a better description.

Small, cozy, and intimate. I loved the low counter since I could watch as they prepared my meal.

I most definitely will return, and I will show as many people as I can this beautiful ramen.
