Very good drip coffee. At 4 P.M., I had the daily recommended coffee (presumably Nicaraguan light roast). Flavourful well roasted with the right amount of acidity. You have to drink it as hot. Temperature corrected water and accurate measurement by the barista were appreciated. The long drip brew (room temperature cold brew - dutch coffee?) was outstanding and was well matched en Cafe ole. It was very nice. I tasted a sample of Brazilian (dark roast) and it was bold as expected. Nice as well with a sweet bite. The owner is learning English so please ask for everyone’s patience and ...

Probably the best coffee I've ever had. This guy roasts in house and has a meticulous, beautiful process to brewing. And you can tell he's passionate about his work too. Every time I visit Fukuoka I make my way here just to bring some of his roasts back...
