Green Terrace Unzen — Restaurant in Unzen

Visited during lunch time hours in winter 2020 with family. Famous restaurant located in the onsen spa town next to the local information centre. It has parking for car drivers.

Pros: the beef sets were great. had the pork katsu and beef stew. Really liked the curry of the pork katsu and the beef was tender and nicely braised. It was during the winter season, so not a lot of visitors in unzen. You can have all the restaurant to yourself.

We stopped in here for a late lunch after a day of adventuring through the hot springs. Our waiter was so incredibly kind and helpful throughout our meal.
