Saizeriya Atre Shin-Urayasu — Restaurant in Urayasu

I just was indirectly called a liar by the server. I ordered the escargots and it tasted quite off. The oil was either burnt or dirty. When my friend complained (who speaks Japanese), we were told he tasted it and it tasted normal. He did take it off the bill, but I do not appreciate being called a liar when I am the customer paying them. I have eaten here many times in the last and I know what it should have tasted like. I am appalled that the staff can speak to their customers that way. Honestly, if you want to keep your job, remain professional, say sorry, tell me you took the item off my bill, but don't throw in the snarky comment.
