This review isn't about the food, as I never even got the chance to eat it. I'm leaving a 1 star because I hope it will send a message to management. On Apr 24, 2024, I called 3 separate times between 3-5pm to make a reservation. All 3 times I was greeted by a Japanese woman. However, as soon as I spoke english (I don't know Japanese), the lady hung up on me. Okay, my family and I still want to eat sushi near where I am staying so we decided to leave Disney early and arrive at 8pm. I was expecting to have to wait awhile to be seated and I don't mind. But when we arrived at around 8:20pm, I saw a group being escorted in, but they had a sign saying they ended their business already. Their closing time is 10pm. I went in to confirm this. The lady behind the counter and a gentleman both said they don't accept any more customers unless I made reservation. That's when I told them I tried but someone kept hanging up on me. They didn't understand what I said, so I used Google translate. The guy looked irritated and both just looked at each other. I knew I won't be able to be seated, nor do I want to at that point anyway, so I left. I'm not blaming the 2 staffs as it's not their fault (unless she was the lady that kept hanging up). I just hope management will train their staffs to at least know how to take reservations or at least know to pass the phone to someone who might be able to. And also, is it normal practice for a shop to end business 1.5hr before their closing time? Really...

I was thinking between 4 and 5 stars, but I’ll go with 4—simply because I probably wouldn’t come back a second time. Not because anything was bad, but just because I prefer other places more, especially when it comes to salmon quality. The salmon here was good, but a bit too soft for my taste.
There aren’t any major downsides to the restaurant, but for the price, they serve only one piece of sushi per order, whereas most places offer two for the same price. The fish quality is about the same as in other sushi spots.
In one of my sushi pieces, I found a small fish bone 🦴. This was a first for me after hundreds of sushi restaurant visits. It didn’t affect my rating because, after all, it’s fish—it happens. But after that, I ate the rest of my sushi with a bit more caution.
There are no other sushi restaurants nearby, so if you’re craving sushi, maybe this place is worth a visit. There are many interesting options if you decide to give this place a try—like gunkan with crab 🦀 innards or various types of shellfish 🐚.
My personal favorite was the tuna 🐟 with a quail egg on top. They also serve delicious tea...

Sushi quality is definitely top notch, with the rice well pressed by their sushi chef as well; its a good sign when the rice doesn't fall apart when you pick it up
