Not because I visited Le Métro recently, but because I am visiting Paris, the city that inspired Le Métro and around every street corner I am reminded of the atmosphere, style, feeling and food that I experienced in the past at Le Métro and Cafe Praktica. 気軽に訪れ易いカジュアルな雰囲気でフランス地方料理を提供するカフェレストラン。事前に席だけ予約し当日アラカルトで彼是注文することにした。メニューを眺めると料理の品数は然程多くはないようだ。 料理は全てにおいてとても美味しく、通常味わえないオリジナリティを感じる。特に牛ホホ肉のホロホロした食感と赤ワインソースの絶妙さ、茄子のミートグラタンは鶏肉と茄子がたっぷりで絶品、鶏肉の香草パン粉焼はサクサクパン粉に柔らかい鶏肉を独特な風味が包み込むようで、これらとても印象深い料理を堪能することができた。またワインリストのワイン種も充実している。 料理はコースとしても3,000円から提供しているとのことで、とにかく気軽に絶品料理が頂けるのが良い。
