北京亭 — Restaurant in Yamagata

It is a small restaurant in a suburban part of Yamagata city. A warm restaurant with a very homey vibe to it, it almost feels as though you are eating at a relative's house.

The parking and the seating is limited so it can be quite difficult to find either during the peak times.

We ordered the Beef Liver Ramen which is one of their crowd favourites. I found it much too spicy for my palate however the flavours were delicious. It was nice to try a unique flavour of ramen for a change.

What I liked about the the restaurant is that it has regular height booths which is convenient for those who cannot sit on the ground for long periods of time. I also liked small kids play booth outside of the restaurant entrance which was a perfect place for us to wait with my daughter for...

Inside the shop and staff were very friendly and welcoming. My only issue was parking. Although free and available, bigger cars will not be comfortable to find a spot.

The fried rice was perfection. Great size and flavor.

The liver ramen was delicious overall, but i wouldn't order it again. The broth/soup was wonderful. The noodles were also great. Perfectly cooked! I didnt enjoy the taste of liver, even though it was soft and tender. Im glad i tried it, but i will try a different...

まずはじめに、このお店は大変危険です。 行ってしまったら最後、抜け出せなくなります。 皆さん気をつけて下さい。

私はレバーが苦手なのでニラ肉ラーメン、かつ辛いのが苦手なので【半辛】をチョイス。 レバニララーメンも勿論食べた事がありますが、 ニラ肉はさらに豚バラ肉の脂がスープに溶け出してさらにこってりします。 比べると心なしかニラレバラーメンはさっぱりめ？

スープは半辛でも結構辛いです。 ただ甘みも強いスープなのでかなりクセになります。 そして気をつけなければならないのがかなりスープが熱いです。器が特製のものなので一生冷めません。 ずっと熱々のまま食べ進めることができますが猫舌さんは要注意。

上にはニラ、もやし、たまねぎなどの炒め野菜がどっさりと乗っかっています。 この野菜をスープにひたして食べるのがオススメ。ニラ肉の場合は野菜を豚バラ肉で巻いて食べるのが最高です。

そして麺はぶりっぶりの極太ちぢれ麺。 ちぢれが強い為スープをかなりもちあげてくれます。 そして食感もぶりぶりでたまりません。 とても甘みを感じる麺です。

ちなみに量は中々多いです。 普通盛りでもお腹が苦しくなります。

ですが気づいたらなくなっています。 キケンです。

昔からの常連さんはニラレバなどではなく普通の味噌ラーメンを食べるんだそう。 そちらも根強い人気ですね。

そしてサイドメニューもとても美味しいです。

チャーハンは紅しょうががたっぷり入っていて、ぷりぷりのエビとパラパラのチャーハンのコンビネーションがたまりません。 （私はいつも紅しょうが抜きで注文しています）

餃子も美味しいですし、春巻きも美味しいです。

ただ総じて量が多いので、3〜4人以上で行く時に頼むのがおすすめです。

駐車場は店横に4台ほど、店前に2台ほど、 そして店の奥のほうに5台ほどあります。 満車の際はどちらにしろ並ぶので、名前を書いて車が出るまで待っていた方がいいです。

開店前は特に混むので、13:30前あたりに行くと並ばず食べられるかな？

私はもう、北京亭の虜で離れることが出来なくなりました。
