The food here was on point. The beef was soft and delicious. The mixed vegetables were crisp and came with a nice sauce. Also got the garlic. You cook the food on a grill in front of you. There is enough space for several plate and to be socially distant. They also have a great selection of sake. I ordered something local, which paired well with the meal. The taste and feel of the fresh grilled meat together with the souces and vegetables were special. We ordered the 店長おまかせset （manager recommended)- ¥3900 and got some quality wagyu beef 🥩 , that’s fresh, tender and tasty…Definitely worthy to try it. I will go back if I visit Yamagata...
