We came here for some food past-midnight - one of the few open 24 hours places to go to. You order from a screen and receive a ticket before taking a seat. There’s an option for English and other languages. The food was good, by no means gourmet, but really good rice bowls. I would say it’s a step up from conbini food. You can definitely get a filling and good tasting meal for a cheaper price than other places.
