客席フロアが1階から3階までの3階構成で、出入口が2階のみ、1階の客席フロアがまるまる喫煙室になっている、という一風変わった構成のドトールです。出入口が2階のみであるのも、東神奈川駅のコンコースと繋がっていることが挙げられます。駅を降りた後、店の入り口まで屋根があるため、悪天候に左右されず利用することが出来ますが、その一方で建物そのものが小さく、そのため各フロアも広くありません。注文カウンターがある2階にも客席がありますが、各席の間隔は狭いです。同時に3階の客席フロアも、かなり狭苦しい印象です。その一方で1階の客席フロアは、喫煙者の利用がそれ程多くないからか、ゆったりくつろげる、という印象です。 各フロアの昇降は階段のみであるため、車椅子等の障碍を持つ方や大きな荷物を持つ方の利用は、2階の客席のみとなります。 給仕されるドリンクや料理の質、スタッフの接客対応は、他のドトールと遜色無いように思います。

This Doutor coffee shop has an unique configuration, with three floors of seating from the first to the third floor, with only one entrance on the second floor, and the entire first floor seating area used as a smoking room. The second floor is connected to the concourse of Higashi-Kanagawa Station. After exiting the station, the entrance to the store is roofed, making it possible to use the store regardless of inclement weather, but on the other hand, the building itself is small and the floors are not spacious. There is seating on the second floor, where the order counter is located, but the space between each seat is narrow. At the same time, the third-floor seating area is also quite cramped. On the other hand, the seating area on the first floor is more spacious and relaxing, perhaps because there are not so many smokers on that floor. Since the only access to each floor is by stairs, wheelchairs and people with disabilities or large luggage are only allowed to use the seating on the second floor. The quality of the drinks and dishes served and the customer service of the staff seem to be on par with other Doutor...

Convenient location and fast service. Cannot complain about the coffee quality, they serve fast while I rush to the office in...
