Felicita pizzeria trattoria — Restaurant in Yokohama

Before coming to Japan I had never tried any pizza with honey on it before, as I find many places here make sweet Quattro Formaggis. I am obsessed with this!! It’s so tasty and it may be my new favourite. That being said, it’s been my mission to try many different pizza places around the country during my year working here—Felicita Pizzeria was the best pizza I have had in Japan!! The pizza was delicious, the crust was light, and the cheese was rich. Wonderfully cooked! The woman working at the front was very cheerful and welcoming. She was kind and patient with us, since our Japanese skills are not good yet 😅 The chef was extremely kind and cared a lot about providing a nice dining experience for his customers! Felicità is without any doubt the best ristorante/pizzeria in the area. The menu gets constantly updated to offer the best food of the season. The quality of both the pizza and the other dishes like pasta and desserts is very high and the service is impeccable. Me and my wife are Italian and find all food to be incredibly authentic. Funny fact, they have a very large tiramisù bowl which on the menu is named "Italian size" XD we love the terrace where you can sit comfortably with the kids. 以前家内が友人と（数回も！）利用して美味しかったとの事で、はじめは週末のランチに、そしてその後ほどなくしてディナーでも利用しました。 簡単にいえば、全ての料理が美味しかったです。前菜・サラダ・ビザ・リゾット・メインのお肉・ドルチェ、そしてパンも全て！ シェフがこだわりとプライドを持って作られているのだなぁ。というのが感想です。 パンも天然酵母を使用して１日ねかせ、ゆっくりと発酵させた生地を焼いている（との事です）ので、外側はパリっとして中はもっちり・しっとりしておりました。　当然、ピザも美味しいわけです。 ワインの持込も可能（勿論、有償となりますが）なので、呑み助さんにもやさしいお店でした。 また、お店の方も丁寧に説明頂き、とても良いディナータイムを過ごす事が出来ました。 さぁ、Buon appetito !!

ーー　2019年7月追記　ーー 先日、再度ランチで伺いました。 前菜のスズキのソテーやかんぱちのカルパッチョなど美味しく頂きました。また、車での来店だったので店長お勧めのオーガニックのレモンソーダを家内とシェアして頂きましたが、程良い甘さで料理にとってもあうドリンクでした。

ーー　2020年3月追記　ーー 今回は私の誕生日にディナーで伺いました。 料理はどれも美味しかったのですが、中でも蛸とそら豆のパスタ・牛テールの白ワイン煮がとても美味しかったです。普通ですとこの料理は赤ワインで煮込んであると想像してしまいますが、こちらでは白ワインで煮込んであるので、食後も重たくならず、とても印象に残りました。勿論、また食べてみたい一皿となりました。 その他、前菜もパワーアップし、更に深化していて楽しめました。

お酒では、ワインの他、珍しい京都生まれの”季の美”というジンを頂きました。こちらはお米から作られているそうで、山椒やゆずなどを香りづけに使用しているからか、一般的なジンに比べてまろやかで、ひと口飲むと豊かな香りが広がるプレミアムなジンでした。 いつも驚きと新しい発見のあるお店です。 ーー　2020年４月追記　ーー 今日、お店から葉書が届きましたが、なんと、暫くは通常営業を中止し、テイクアウトプロジェクトが発足したとの連絡が！　その名も”レロエ・モチカエーレ”との事で、今はランチ・ディナータイムに、To Go（お持ち帰り）専門でオープンしている様です。プロジェクト名は兎も角、...
