Fuji Biryani has so much potential, but my recent experience left me disappointed. Upon entering, there was no one to greet me, even after calling out three times. I eventually sat at a table that was wet, and when I moved to another, there were no menus available. I had to grab one from another table.
I could hear the sound of a microwave from the kitchen, which left me concerned. When the biryani arrived, it looked impressive, especially with the creative Mount Fuji presentation – a brilliant concept! The flavor was decent, but the chicken was clearly microwaved, which was disappointing for a dish priced at 1650 yen.
