平日夜に訪問。 最初に注文したフライドポテトが40分経っても来ないのでタッチパネルで店員を呼ぶも、来ない。 仕方ないので近くを通った店員に声をかけてまだ来ていない旨を伝えるとしばらくして新幹線で流れてきました。 しかし、注文したのは｢特盛フライドポテト｣で、タッチパネルの写真では丸いボールに入ったものだったのに、来たものは四角い皿に入ったポテト。 量も｢明らかに特盛ではないよね｣と家族と話し、普通のポテトと間違っていないか確認すると、厨房に確認に行き｢これが特盛フライドポテトです｣と。 ｢入れ物が違うだけなんだね｣と思い食べました。 １皿頼むごとに来るまでに１０分以上かかっていたのが気になりましたが、｢たまたま人手が少なくてそうだったのかな？｣と思い、数日後、再度平日夜に訪問。

入店後すぐにその日も特盛フライドポテトを注文すると、また４０分待っても出て来なかったのですが(笑)店員を呼び来てない旨伝えると、なんとボールに並々入ったフライドポテトが来ました(笑)

量も、前回の四角い皿に入ったものとは倍ほど違います。 前回は、先述の通りこちらが疑問に思い、わざわざ｢間違ってるのではないか？｣との質問をしたら、店員が確認の上｢間違いっていない｣と言ってきました。 よくわかっていなさそうな店員が独断で｢間違っていない｣と言ったならともかく、厨房に確認してまでこれです。 この店は責任者などは不在なのでしょうか。 間違っていても、それを客に伝えず、正しく提供されたものとして高いほうの金額のものを平気で会計する。 たかが200円程度の差かと思いますが…本当に気付かず間違えて会計したのならともかく、自分達が間違っていたのをわかっていてそのまま会計するのは、お店としてどうなのでしょう。 詐偽ではないですか？

お金以上に、提供料理が間違っているのに｢合っている｣と嘘をつかれ、挙げ句会計も平気でそのままされていたことがショックです。こんな飲食店があるんですね…。 間違って提供したならそれを客に伝えて金額の訂正や作り直しの提案をするのが飲食店の最低限の誠意ではないですか？

あと、シャリ半分のものをオーダーしたのに明らかに半分じゃないものも出てきて、それを確認しても｢これがシャリ半分です｣と言い張られました。 後日またシャリ半分のものを注文するとちゃんとシャリ半分のものが出た来ました(笑) どうしてそんな早遅かれ早かれ嘘だとわかる雑な対応するんですか？
