American fast food is always better in Japan, if you can get used to the cultural differences. Usually they are far superior in efficiency and quality, but the fresher food takes time and the cost is more. That is the case here.
THE BAD: The food takes longer, the portions are smaller (thick burgers seem to be 1/4lb, so aren't very thick), and it's more expensive by a few bucks. THE GOOD: Quality is solid, probably because they cook each order when it's made, which takes a pretty long time. Get the fried chicken...you won't be disappointing. Japan knows how to do fried chicken. It's very clean and there are international/USB charging ports at the tables. The service is impeccable for a fast food joint. They will deliver the food to your table and take your rubbish at the end of the meal. There is even iced coffee.
