All you can eat with an impressive selection of ingredients, and outstanding quality. Service is great, and friendly. You can pick 2 different flavors of broth, and a few side dishes to start off, then depending on the price point you choose you have about 2 hours to eat as much as you can from your chosen priced menu. Dessert is included on your all you can eat pack, and you can choose to purchase all you can drink as well (both alcoholic or non) so you can try everything they have. They have an english menu too to make it easier for foreigners.

I love everything about this place. Food is great, the broth is very healthy and less fatty compared to other places. You can order from iPad (with English) and food coming out real quick. As its name, they have the best variety of vegetables so it’s healthier than other places in my opinion. Their side dishes are also very creative. I have zero complaints about this place.

Went to lunch here with some friends. We had the all you can eat shabu shabu with the beef and pork. You get to choose two broth styles in a yin-yang style pot. The spicy broth was very flavorful, but not very spicy, which I enjoyed. The food was delivered by a robot which was efficient and added a little fun to our meal. I look forward to coming back.

The servers are incredibly courteous and the food is 100%top notch! Would not recommend taking younger children here, but older ones are okay as long as you don't mind the somewhat high prices. The drinks, while crazy tasty, are on the weaker side. I would avoid going for the all-you-can drink, and just get one or two tasty beverages. Probably the best tongue I've had, ever, and they have 5-6 varieties of mushrooms. I don't really like mushrooms, but there was enough variety that I was even able to find one I liked. Drive to location was challenging given the narrow steep and single lane road. But well worth the trek. Was greeted by the owner, Tamura-San who was totally cool and not a douche. He welcomed us even though we didn't have a reservation. Served a legit espresso and lemon tart. One of the best I've had in Japan.
