Popeyes — Restaurant in Yokosuka

By far the worst customer service out of all the base places to eat. They messed up my order, and after coming back and showing the receipt that I was missing food, they told me I could not get a replacement because I already left the building. I literally left to my car and back.... This is not the first time this has happened, I've had cold food, the wrong sides, I've received mild chicken sandwich even though asked for spicy, today was just the last straw, I had to make a review. And when you point out their mistake to treat you like s*...... Looks like I'm never coming back to Popeye's. Hope everybody has...

They always mess something up. They will always forget to put something in your bag. Before leaving you need to check your bag thoroughly. Ask for everything extra you want because they won't put it in the bag otherwise, they don't care enough ( sauces, utensils, etc). You may find they didn't even give you a fork for the cole slaw and the slaw is already split in the bag. The food quality on par I guess with normal Popeyes but I've had better. I only go here when I get tired of everything...

I've been here a few times since coming to Yokosuka. Never had a bad experience and food has always been hot & fresh. Ordered delivery for the 1st time due to not feeling well. Based on other reviews, I was expecting them to not answer. They picked up on the 2nd ring and, after ordering, told me the food would arrive in 30-45min.
