This is a no frills small one man shop. 5 bar seats. The papers posted on the wall is the menu (fish/pork broth, crab/pork broth or oyster/pork broth, I think!). Cash only.
I got the fish, medium size. The noodles are wide (hiramen) and cooked perfectly. The broth is rich with lots of umami flavor. Salty, so the ice water self service was great. The charshiu slices are incredibly tender. I need to learn to add extra for next time.
