珈琲屋 Zamami — Restaurant in Yomitan

This coffee shop is small, quaint, but carries a lot of personality. Perfect for people who want to escape the weather but still experience the type of coffee locals enjoy.

Inside there are only two tables and five seats in total, with the remainder of the store organised as the owners working station. The cozy environment adds to the experience, especially as you see up close how much care is put into your coffee.

Even though it’s not the most spacious, or the most air conditioned, this experience has been comfortable and warm (not literally) for me, with the aforementioned more than made up for by the owner’s hospitality.

The coffee itself is excellent— aromatic, rich and flavourful, with many choices tailored to your liking. Whereas usually we order iced drinks to cool off under the heat, the quality of coffee, paired with the atmosphere of this small shop allowed me to not only rest, but reminded me to enjoy these...

Small place with 2-3 seats but great atmosphere
