The worst service and experience we got from the young Japanese girls in Japan, who hate her job. We went by 4pm, they shut the dog unit door saying the ticket office was closed. Then we walked to 2nd floor, when our kids were excited and the girl were impatient and reluctant to receive us. When my girl went to toilet, she yelled at my 6 y.o daughter to remove the slippers they provided, while there is no instruction. Finally, my daughter hold the orange juice which she didn’t finish, and put on the floor while changing her shoes, the girl yelled again that she should throw into the garbage bin.

Read moreThe layout of the Norwegian Forest Cat cafe is nice, with branches and areas for the cats to walk and lay on, but it still looks very plain compared to other cat cafes I've seen back home and doesn't look like it'd be very stimulating for the cats. The cats seemed happy enough but they didn't approach us that much, not sure if it was because we were foreigners and smelt different or because they only approach the regulars, but it was a shame to just sit there and watch the cats walk past but not be able to interact with them. I've yet to find very friendly cats in any cat cafe I've been to, you'd find friendlier cats out in the streets...
