Stepping into the quaint and cozy establishment, we were immediately enveloped by the tantalizing aroma of breakfast delights. The interior was adorned with warm hues, inviting us to settle into our comfortable seats. As we perused the enticing menu, our server approached with a welcoming smile and impeccable attention to detail. I opted for my favorite French Toast Combo, a symphony of fluffy brioche bread, golden brown and dusted with powdered sugar, accompanied by breakfast sausage, and sunnyside eggs. The Eggs Benedict with golden brown potatoes, a classic brunch staple, arrived at our table with poached eggs perched atop perfectly toasted English muffins, smothered in a velvety hollandaise sauce and garnishe. Each bite was a culinary masterpiece, the flavors harmonizing seamlessly to create an unforgettable gastronomic experience. The staff's unwavering friendliness and attentiveness further elevated our dining pleasure, ensuring that every need was promptly met. As we lingered over our delectable dishes, sipping on aromatic coffee, we couldn't help but marvel at the impeccable service and exceptional cuisine that had made our brunch an extraordinary occasion.

We were visiting Santa Rosa and were looking for a special breakfast experience. Jeffrey's Hillside Cafe was highly rated and the founder has an interesting background. This was enough for us to give it a try. We visited on a Saturday morning at about 9:30. There was a short wait for a table. We were seated right away at the counter. The restaurant was busy. Still, our order was taken pretty quickly. The choices on the menu were fantastic. Despite being busy, our orders were served very fast. Very excited to try. Our selections were good. We had hoped for great. The duck hash wasn't special. The biscuits for the biscuits and gravy lacked flavor. The gravy was short on sausage and was too sweet. The biscuits and gravy missed the mark. Service was OK. The atmosphere was loud and the room crowded. When breakfast is $25+ per person, expectations are high. Our visit was OK. We left disappointed and wished for more

A quaint, local spot with good food and neighborly service. If your in the area I would highly recommend stopping by and giving it a shot. It's a local favorite and its NOT BIG so expect a wait if your coming in during peak times. However the busyness of the place really speaks to its quality of food and service. I don't think you'll ever have a customer complain about the food or leaving hungry. The selections are all classic. I got the eggs benedict and my friends got the Huevos Rancheros and I instantly had food envy lol. We all topped it off with a bloody mary (wine, not vodka) and we were all pretty happy. They also have a nice selection of coffee drinks if you want a special cup of joe. Long story short, go check it out. I might suggest going either early or late in the breakfast window to beat the crowd but you'll love it either way!

Large portions and yummy food! We arrived by 9 am on Saturday and got one of the last tables from the first round of dining. Partway through our meal, most of the restaurant had cleared out before getting fully packed with a line out the door by 9:40 am. I enjoyed my corned duck hash but I felt the ratio of potato to toppings was a bit off. I wish I had more potatoes. My husband was thrown off by the roasted pear in this dish but I liked it! He enjoyed his tex-mex scramble more. I enjoyed my large cup of hot chocolate with its nice presentation of a large marshmallow pad in the middle with a ring of whipped cream. Nice cafe with quick food service!

A full and interesting breakfast menu, we'll return soon to sample more of it. I can heartily recommend the Brussels Sprout Hash, odd as that dish may sound. It's delicious, and I could have eaten more of it. The breakfast burrito, on the other hand, is truly enormous and won't leave you hungry--but it needs something to pump up the flavor. Jeffrey's is well worth a stop, it's our new favorite breakfast place in Sonoma County.

Came to visit for breakfast and it was good. If your looking for a typical breakfast spot, this is definitely they place. To be honest, it was nothing over the top or that blew my mind away with how delicious the food was. It was basic but good. The waiter was really nice and the food came out quickly. Wasn't super impressed with the potatoes but the pancakes were good. If asked to go again, I would probably choose elsewhere 😬
