Flavours of Madeira — Restaurant in St. Helier

Was my first visit! I’m not local, just visit and I heard about the place , Was really nice when we walk in, Fatima really friendly and really welcome , till the moment she don’t accepted what the customers asking for ! Food missing season , I order a bacalhau and wasn’t flavour a nothing, My partner food turn up when we nearly finish our meal ! No much organisation ! I spoke to her and she just say is how is making the food ! I had a special request about the Congnac and she said I ask to much ! Her atitude and understanding about hospitality is not good enough to deal with people ! Must start to listen and don’t think she knows everything! This days is really hard to open a business , But is really easy to close down ! Is the place will never gone...
