I want to give this place a better rating, I used to order from here a lot, but the quality has gone down hill. I thought I would give them another chance, but, here’s a photo of the pizza they just sent me. They told me the pizzas are 12 inch, they really aren’t… I measured, this is barely 9 inches (so actually 44% less pizza than what they say). It's more burnt crust than it is pizza, and half of it has no cheese on at all. This was basically burnt plain flat bread that someone dropped a tiny bit of sauce and cheese on one corner… these aren’t cheap pizzas, if I was a chef I would be embarrassed to serve this.

They attempted to post an event they were hosting for a ridiculous price. Few members of the public expressed their opinion on the expense of their event. Their response was "Dont come then" Anyone who decides to write anything negative on their page, you will get blocked from their business page. They would rather send potential customers away rather than actually win them back. Safe to say we all miss the previous owners of the establishment who didnt overcharge for a pizza.

Popped in here without booking and were immediately made to feel welcome. Lovely team of people looking after us. Super menu, not too big, pizza was excellent, tasty pizza sauce and toppings and cooked Neapolitan style. Spaghetti with a beef ragu for the 4yr old excellent, fresh pasta cooked perfectly and minus the parsley and parmigiana, thanks chef for letting this one slide 😂😂 Honestly would visit again and if I lived here then weekly. Well done you guys 👏

The food is actually nice. We had the sharing platters and kid's garlic bread and ham pizza in the restaurant. Fresh ingredients and lovely baked goods. The pizzas as mains were cold by the time we managed to eat back in the hotel. But the flavours were there.

The biggest problem we had was the very slow service. There were only 2 ladies serving the FOH of 20 tables with the bar and they were clearly struggling. It took them 15 minutes to come take our drinks order and then and other 15 minutes for the food order. Then another 15 minutes to have our antipasto platter (all cold ingredients no further cooking needed) to be served. 15 minutes after we finished our platters we were still waiting for our 3 pizzas. But our pre-school kid and baby were already very tired and needed to leave. So we decided to cancel the orders. But the pizzas arrived at this point so we asked to have them taken away instead. When my husband went to pay and explained the long wait for food took the toll, the member of staff casually commented "1 hour is not a long wait for mains."

If your staff are unable to serve this number of tables and customers, we didn't mind you refused our booking. But if you accepted the booking we expected you to be able to cater and not making excuses for poor service.

Also, the restaurant was very noisy. There was a quiet part of the shopfloor with small 2-seat tables. There was another part for families and groups and those groups were so loud that we could barely...

We are a family from Glasgow who came over to Jersey to celebrate my mum's 80th birthday but unfortunately she got rushed into hospital. My mum was discharged on Monday and had requested a pizza, we purchased 5 pizzas from fresh crust pizza at £74 pounds and due to the standard of the food we had to take it back and was refused any money back. We tried again on Tuesday night to get pizza for my mum and we were recommended Pizzeria Famosa. As soon as I entered I could see and feel that this was an amazing feel good restaurant, the gentleman that I met on arrival gave me a hugh smile and took my order, and during the transaction I explained to the employee the horrendous time we had yesterday. We were given a time of ten minutes and we waited outside due us taking it away. Exactly 10 minutes and the same gentleman came out with our pizza but to our surprise they had given us another pizza complementary due to what we had experience the day previously. We were totally stunned of the kindness and empathy this restaurant had shown us. The pizza was made to the highest standard using fresh ingredients and tasted amazing and my mum loved it. As a family we would like to personally thank this restaurant, the past couple of days have been very stressful and emotional and dealing with the issues the day before with the take away shop only heightened it but this one act of kindness by your employees has restored our faith. This is truly one of Jersey's...

I'm visiting Jersey and sought out advice from locals where to get a rustic pizza in St. hellier and this place was recommended.

I guess my expectations were too high for I consider a 'rustic' pizza something baked on a stone in a proper oven.

I ordered for delivery at 17:30, the delivery person contacted me at 18:13 to ask how to find my apartment, duh, post - code and google maps.

Pizza arrived cold, not warm, not hot, cold......I googled this restaurant, six minute walk.

So to the pizza, meh! It was thin crust but any 'rustic' description ended there.

This was not cooked in a proper pizza oven, but through a conveyor oven common at pizza hut/dominos etc......soggy, sloppy and not very good value. Pizza was about 12 inches and I ordered a mixed salad to meet the minimum...
