Vittoria — Restaurant in St. Helier

We just popped in for an appetiser and a glass of wine, before heading elsewhere for dinner. We ordered fresh oysters in ponzu sauce, and they were excellent. A glass of nice Chardonnay washed them down nicely. If it wasn't for pieces of shell that we had to fish back out of our mouth it would've been five star experience. Service was timely and attentive. Having said that, if you are not keen on your glass being constantly re-filled, a bit too attentive. But, we found that in quite a few eateries on Jersey cultivate that old school kind of service - probably planty of clientele who like being constantly...

Me and my boyfriend walked into the nightclub and my boyfriend accidentally brushed shoulders with the owner, as it was packed and could barely move. The owner then grabbed my boyfriend. My boyfriend said what’s that’s for and the owner grabbed his collar shouting for him to get out, as he assumed my boyfriend pushed him, which wasn’t the case.
