A very long review but the experience is worth enjoying😃 SHORTLY, I entered WARD twice and each time they literally KICKED US OUT with their rudeness. IN DETAILS: So I went to WARD when it first opened, 6 years or more, with family and friends, about 10 people. It was Ramadan and we went directly after IFTAR so we can have some drinks, dessert and hookah. They asked us to order main dishes but it was RAMADAN!they impolitely asked us to leave because it’s a RESTAURANT! Again, few days ago my friends insisted on going there again, we were 6! My friends had to go up and down for thirty minutes to check in each CAFE of theirs because despite the HUGE area of the complex, they did not have that task done for their customers. All the cafes were full so we asked to sit in the main restaurant because 4 of us wanted to have dinner anyways, but they said it’s not possible, either all of you or not at all!! After 40 mins in the restaurant they sent us to the QAHWE by the main street and they put us on a huge table for 10 people, we wanted to sit by a tree so we asked them to join two small tables together and guess what! they said NO it’s the RULES ! We talked to the supervisor who explained that we should know the RULES of the place we are visiting BEFOREHAND! And was so careless he watched us leaving VERY UPSET after 50 mins in the place without a table! We had a birthday cake and balloons left at the reception to surprise one of us so we went back to take them. Another manager in addition to a receptionist talked to us and when we explained the issue, the manager started talking to some kids behind him and left us in the middle of the verbal complaint! While the receptionist interrupted us once with SO WHERE DID YOU PUT THE CAKE, and finally ended with I REALLY DO NOT UNDERSTAND...
Read moreAs for a decent restaurant in Amman I can recommend this restaurant BUT….
‼️Disadvantages:- 1- I can’t justify a restaurant this big and promote it self as a fine dining restaurant could bring water as a table opener! for 3 JDs or so, just like cheap cafes and restaurants (shameful).
2- the staff (waiters, head of waiters, manger of the department) were unprofessional sometimes, like we had to wait for 2 minutes before someone came to welcome us, and waiters weren’t alarmed at all times for their costumers serving. 3- dishes were dusty I had to clean them.
4- FOOD, food was decent and delicious all but my dish, my pick of choice was fettuccine Alfredo chicken and mushrooms with parmesan cheese and cream sauce.
a- parmesan cheese was tasteless b- cream sauce was unbelievably bad and was like water as for the consistency of it. And was tasteless too. C- chicken was perfect. D- pasta itself was overcooked. 3/10 overall rating for the meal
5-As for the restaurant vibes:- A-The music was great but a bit loud that’s because of the loudness of the costumers. B- room temperature was great too. C- WCs were clean. D- as for the decorative stuff and the color scheme it wasn’t good IMO, in the international section of the restaurant, I felt like I was setting in a kindergarten.
nevertheless, this restaurant offers fresh food and has a wide variety of dishes that many people recommend. But I guess I wasn’t lucky with my dish + I had a bad experience in it because of the bad and cheap management choices to run it.

Read moreFood is excellent . Some staff are super friendly. Facilities are overall spacious and clean. Prices are good compared to portions and quality. Atmosphere is generally good. Yet. Here are some comments that make me feel this isn’t the right place for me. If you have a family with kids and you’re not a smoker .. you will not enjoy your food. With all the spacious halls, you can’t guarantee a corner without smoking neighbours. Even after choosing a semi-isolated table, a group of people showed up after we sat and they all were heavy smokers. Prior to that, we called to book a table near the fountain. They said booking can be made but without selecting the table. Upon arrival , we found that tables near the fountain were marked (Reserved), so I asked how can we book a table , response was : By phone !!! (Reflects the moody , and non-transparent style of management ) Prices for those who sit next to the fountain or at the farthest spot are the same . Bookings seem to be at the convenience of the staff .. could be based on personal relationships . As a frequent dinning-out person, I always felt this place tends to treat its customers with a bit of arrogance (as if we are dinning for free !!! ). A nearby , more specious , more respectful place remains my favorites. Only two visits, same impression. No more...
