Lilac Hotel Amman — Hotel in Amman

I can confidently say it was an unforgettable experience! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm smiles and impeccable hospitality that set the tone for my entire stay. The guest service at this hotel is truly exceptional. The front desk staff went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable. They provided great recommendations for local attractions and dining options and were always available to answer any questions with a friendly attitude. They made me feel like a valued guest from the start, which is something rare to find these days. The room was spotless and beautifully designed. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I appreciated the little details like plush towels, high-quality toiletries, and a well-stocked minibar. I also had a fantastic view from my window, which made my mornings even more special.

The hotel had excellent facilities, including a modern fitness center and a relaxing spa. I enjoyed the pool area, which was peaceful and perfect for unwinding after a day of sightseeing. The on-site restaurant offered delicious meals, with a wide variety of options for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Will be back...

The food is good.

The room is good except for problems with the room key (I need to reprogram my card every day), and aircon. The aircon is centrally controlled and it will go off automatically (regardless of what you set in your room)

I do understand the need to be environmentally friendly but when the air con is off, can you at least let the fan operate? The room feels stuffy.

I came with a group, the above happens only to three rooms (to my knowledge). So, it depends on your luck on which room you've got.

We did ask front desk for help but they pretend like they don't speak English. P/S: I heard them speaking English, the same FO spoke English during the check-in and Jordanian gov have English in their education system; but during the encouter, the FO just pretends like they don't understand English which prompt me to leave a...

I stayed at the hotel in Amman, Jordan for two weeks, and it was truly an exceptional experience. Everything was excellent — the room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious and well-prepared. Many thanks to the chef and his team.
