We went there for dinner in my husband’s birthday.
The food at this restaurant was tasty, but the service was poor. None of the staff spoke English, and despite using Google Translate (English to Kazakh), they were unwilling to communicate effectively. Expect for the young waiter gentleman. We ordered many things like sushi set, ramen, drinks etc. Then noticed a dish on the menu listed at 200 tenge and inquired whether it was soup or noodles. The waiter described it as "like soup." At the end of dinner we received the bill, however, the charge for soup was 2200 tenge instead of the expected 200 tenge.
We were informed that this was a mistake made at the copy center, though the correct price was 2200 tenge.
It would have been helpful if the waiter had informed us of the price discrepancy when we asked about the dish.
