After staying at Al-yusra Palm Tree hotel more than one month, i stand up to give out my own experience, the hotel deserves 5 star rating. Front office stand to be the best, with highly skilled staff, Sarah and her team, i recommend and waiters are the fastest and so friendly, to mention a few like Happiness, Grace, vigilance, Recheal, Mercy, Gloria,Faith etc. Room Service is excellent, food the finest, i recommend the Chef and the team. Chairman the Manager and his team of supervisors are the most skilled have ever seen, i recommend them too. On my normal town tour and decided to walk in this hotel just to check out ...which is at CBD of Mombasa town, along Nkrumah Road. It was in the evening and didn't plan to drink or eat but the Invite from the staff, the ambience "forced" me to sample at least a snack to compare the ambience and kind wellcome from the service staff. Yes, i ordered a plate of chicken samosa and spiced black tea. Generally I enjoyed the entire experience. I did not get time to check there rooms but their rates are affordable, the menu is affordable too(not overpriced )However the samosa should be served with kind of sauce/chutney to complete the good..
