I'm really fed up and disappointed! My shawarma wasn't just burnt, it was completely flavorless, leaving this horrible taste of burnt food in my mouth that just lingered on and on. The whole mess was made even worse by this strong burnt smell that seemed to stick to everything around.

When I asked about my order that somehow ended up being taken to the back room, the answers I got were so vague and unhelpful, it just made me more worried.

It's not the first time their service has let me down. Over and over, I've been faced with their terrible customer service. It's obvious now that I've been making a mistake going there, and I really regret spending my money at this place. The ladies just don't seem to care at all about making sure customers are well catered for.

They currently have sufficient and courteous staff who promptly welcome/acknowledge customers, take their orders and prepare/serve food in order to ensure smooth flow of service and customer satisfaction unlike when they initially opened for business. Generally, there is better organization and management of the operations. Food-wise, I usually stick to the same basic order of a Chicken Shawarma Roll but today I decided to try out their Shawarma plate. The food is nice but the service was not good. I bought 4 medium shawarmas, and there was a promotion where there was buy 3 get 1 free and buy 4 get 1 free for a lesser price than if you buy 4 individual shawarmas. They attendant didn't tell me about the promotions and had me pay the full amount. When I asked her why I don't get the promotion, she said its because I didn't ask and she had already keyed it into the system. Granted it was about sh. 200 more, the principle was that she intentionally didn't tell me about the deal so that I could pay more.
