Java House - Lenana Rd (Astrol) — Restaurant in Nairobi

I'm not even exaggerating when I say this establishment has consistently delivered the best costumer service experience I've had in Nairobi in the last 2yrs of being here. The staff is very friendly and always willing to rectify whatever mistakes are made with an order. Great place for those who work remotely, plenty of sockets and good wifi speed. Other than the occasional rude European tourists berating the staff, the atmosphere is great.

EDITED: So I previously gave this place 5 Stars but I'm forced to edit this review, it seems as the branch becomes more busy customer service has declined. I had an unfortunate experience with a waiter by the name of Marcy where she declined to remake my latte because the syrup was too sweet. Is it really Java's policy that you don't remake drinks? Seems strange as every other coffee...

I was quite disappointed with my recent breakfast experience. The home fries were undercooked, with some pieces even spoiled in the center. The bread fell apart unexpectedly, and the Tabasco sauce appeared watered down. Unfortunately, the baked beans were of noticeably poor quality as well. I love this place, it's conveniently located in that area. I love their burgers as usual and Dawa. However, I don't like how they forget their customers who sit outside, it's really a struggle to get served.
