Such a shame , complete waste of potential. They used to be good when they initially open but it has quickly deescalated into one of the worst restaurants i have ever been to in my life with the most atrocious service i have ever received in my life.

First of all they really don't care AT ALL about the customers and wether or not you enjoyed the food. They can serve you some of the most rotten horrible food and when you complain they ARGUE WITH YOU . Ive had waiters shout at me multiple times. The management is TERRIBLE . Nobody overseeing if people are doing their jobs correctly, me and my friends came to eat once at lunch there was nobody there, they gave me a smoked sailfish that was literally disintegrated into mush , the manager walks in an hour later listening to music, does not care at all. Had to literally argue with them to get it removed off the bill. Another time one of the waiters literally yelled at me at the top of their lungs. Its such a shame what is happening they have good potential but the service, staff and managment (or lack thereof) completely ruins the place. It's actually extemely disgusting how they speak to people.

I have never been to a restaurent in my life where there is a complete lack of care for the customers experience. It is actually shocking how they behave. Also all the waiters are unfriendly and unprofessional, the food is extremely inconsistent, they dont CARE is the main issue even when you are eating a meal there you can just see that they don't care at all about serving you a decent meal, and if you complain they will literally shout at you.

Somebody needs to be in the kitchen overseeing what the chefs are doing because they are consistently delivering sub par food and then god forbid you complain because you will get yelled at and have to argue with them for an hour .

As i said they literally gave me sailfish MUSH i had one bite and sent it back, no apology nothing, they still put in on the bill they they shouted at me and told me if i dont like the food i should just eat at home.

Zero customer service , zero consistency in the cooking.

I have actually never been to a restaurant where the customer service is so bad in my life. The manager is also absolutely useless and rude! she literally just sits there all day long and does NOTHING .

Their entire team needs to be revaluated starting with all the waiters and the manager who does nothing. I have never seen a more useless manager in my life honestly.

The main problem is the waiters and the manager i highly urge the higher management to reconsider their positions .

When one of the waiters decided to scream at me once because i didn't like my food she was sat downstairs doing NOTHING.

I tried to take my friend there for her birthday lunch and they obviously had to ruin that too. I never write reviews but this place is the worst restaurant i have ever been to in my life in terms of customer service it is shameful. Bare in mind i used to be a regular customer and this is how i get treated. Never stepping foot into that place again.

Just go to Yuls instead . These guys really do not care, even after our lunch we all got food poisoning , probably cos there's no manager even making sure the chefs have correct hygiene.

Awful place. Really a shame how awful waiters and a useless manager ruined this place.

They once even served me a mousse in a broken cup with glass shards in the mousse. thats how little they care.

And still made me pay ofcourse. Shocking, they just care about money nothing else. Even my friends were all complaining.

Start off with location ! Right on the beach with an insane view ! Plenty of parking space . Started of with a mojito 6/10 was alright not too bad .Focaccia needed abit of herbs and fresher tomatos 5/10. The beef carpaccio was excellent i think the kitchen steward wont have much work to do on that plate 10/10 . Lasagne : the best ive had in mombasa so far so def 10//10 . The dessert was definately a 10/10!!! Wine selection was top notch ! The service needs a special mention , george my waiter was excellent ! I think the fact that he was having a conversation with me and checking on me was a touch of class he made sure i was alright throughtout my dinner and wad great company really knows what he is doing. We'd gone here with the Family for a Birthday party. The View is simply Gorgeous! The Atmosphere was surprisingly calm and peaceful. The food was so very Delectable. The dishes are on the Pricier side but you definitely get what you pay for. The service was wonderful, our waiter came by ever so often to check if we were properly situated and comfy. The wait for our meal(s) was not as bad as expected. The only negative thing I experienced here, was the sheer number of flies lingering around, we had to "shoo" them away every thirty seconds to enjoy the food. Other than this one hiccup, this place is a 9/10.

Definitely a must come to enjoy yourself.

Oh, and you can go down to the beach too, there were two tables with two seats each to relax on the beach 😁.
