One of the worst experiences I have ever had!! And before i continue on i recommend anybody visit cheesecake factory especially the (kuwait tower gulf road branch) to pick up the plates and smell the food in it either egg or meat you will find!! A smell guarantee you will get. Cleaness in this particular place is rated zero because if your plates are all with no exception smells egg and meat and four times changing plates with same result nothing changes then you are done!! Top of that sadly the worst management there and im talking about the two manager (one indian and the other European) the indian manager when i told him your plates smells terrible and the waiter himself who served me agreed on that too he started to tell me if the waiter for sure said that or not and forgot to talk about the main problem anymore which is the smelly dishes that will really make you throw up just upon smelling it. The other manager (The European one) is even worse actually i talked to him when he was in the other branch two years ago (The Sidra branch in Mahboula) for the same problem under his management and even back then there was an agreement on what i complained about which is guess what?! Yes those uncleaned smelly plates that it seems like he is sleeping on it where ever he goes!! And when i met him two days ago again in the gulf road branch he pretended that he doesn't remember me!! And i told him such a shame that this resturant turn to what it is today in term of cleaness even places in Mubarkeya market that has lower class and lower standard resturants have cleaner plates and silverwares offered to their customers!! And shockingly he replies to me by saying ( really! You are kidding me ) now the question is!! Is that a professional way to respond to a customer that has been loyal to the chain for more than 20 years while living in the U.S and eating in it almost every two to three days in the San Francisco, CA branch, is that how a professional manager at cheesecake factory deals with its customers?! Totally shocked. At the end i paid full for the food that i didnt eat and left the place with nobody saying anything or meeting me on my way out!! Worst experience, worst two manager i have ever seen in my life not professional at all and both are covering up themselves eventually. Final advise to all customers going to this place (kuwait tower gulf road branch) just smell the plates before you order anything thats how im confident in what im saying. Complain will be forwarded to the headquarter in the U.S regarding this terrible treatment and service!!...
Read moreI was extremely disappointed with the experience I had at The Cheese Cake Factory Waterfront. I went with my wife and Parents with an expectation of having a great lunch which I usually do at the cheese cake. We entered the restaurant and they asked us to wait for 30-40min as it was a Friday and mostly crowded. We entered and sat in the waiting area. F.Y.I. it was not mentioned by the receptionist or the guy who was at the main gate that it isn't allowed to wait inside the restaurant. After 5-10 minutes, we thought of checking with them if they can place our order till we wait. It was just a question?? When I went up to the lady "Sujata" at the reception, I asked her if we could place an order till we wait. Before even listening to my question, she mentioned "You have only waited for5 min minutes, and we have mentioned 40 min waiting". I then told her that isn't why I have come here, I am generally asking if we could place an order till we wait. Simple answer could have been Yes or No. After this I came and sat in the waiting area. After listening to the conversation I had at the reception the guy at the main gate "Anthony" walks up to us and tells me that we aren't allowed to sit in the waiting area, as it is not allowed. It is only allowed for people who aren't feeling well or mothers with kids. After listening to this I looked right, and saw a lady sitting who wasn't ill and wasn't with any children. We immediately left the restaurant and thought of waiting in the car. My main concern and Question is why did he come to us after what conversation happened at the reception, why not when we initially entered the restaurant and sat in the waiting area. If he would have told us early we would have happily gone to our car and waited. Second, why was the lady at the reception so rude, there is a way of replying that " Sir, we don't place any orders for the customers still waiting for a table". This is not what I except from the standards of The Cheese Cake and I am extremely disappointed with what has happened and would never want to dine it especially at the waterfront branch with such an hurricane...
Read moreI recently had the pleasure of dining at The Cheesecake Factory in Kuwait, and I must say that the experience was nothing short of exceptional, thanks to the outstanding service provided by Shanal and Marinel. From the moment we were seated, both of them went above and beyond to ensure that our dining experience was memorable.
Shanal was incredibly attentive, anticipating our needs before we even had to ask. He was knowledgeable about the menu and offered fantastic recommendations that we thoroughly enjoyed. His friendly demeanor and genuine interest in making sure we had a great time really stood out.
Marinel, on the other hand, was equally impressive. Her warm smile and positive energy were infectious, and she made sure everything was perfect throughout our meal. Marinel was quick to respond to any requests and checked in with us regularly, making us feel truly valued as customers.
Together, Shanal and Marinel created an atmosphere of hospitality and warmth that enhanced our dining experience. Their professionalism, attentiveness, and friendly service are a true credit to The Cheesecake Factory. We will definitely be returning and hope to be served by them again. Thank you, Shanal and Marinel, for making our visit...
