I went on Tuesday (ladies-only day) and it was utterly horrific.
From the moment you enter, chaos begins. At the gate, where staff scan tickets, there is no line or order—just a crowd of people pushing, shoving, and yelling in unbearable heat. I nearly passed out before I had even stepped inside.
Once inside, the park was severely overcrowded, and the amenities were nowhere near enough to handle the crowd. Finding a chair was nearly impossible, and the bathrooms were completely unusable.
For a new park, the facilities are already falling apart. Tiles in the pool are coming loose, the slides are poorly maintained, and trash is scattered everywhere. My friend even cut her foot on a stray piece of glass, bleeding until she could remove it herself. How is this safe? How is cleanliness so neglected that it leads to actual injuries and risks of infection?
We couldn’t go on a single ride. Wait times stretched for hours, and the fight for floaties was like a battle royale. There were no proper lines—just crowds swarming the conveyor belt and literally wrestling floaties away from each other. We refused to participate in that mess, so we missed out on the rides entirely.
At closing time, retrieving phones from security was even worse. A fight broke out, the police were called, and dozens of girls fainted in the chaos while an ambulance had to rush in. Once again, no organization—just another dangerous crowd you had to push through to get your belongings.
The entire experience was unsafe, unsanitary, and shockingly mismanaged. Shoddy food, lack of maintenance, zero organization, and serious health and safety risks—all for the outrageous price of 10 KD per ticket.
Save your money. Don’t come here. This place won’t just disappoint you—it will leave you...

Read moreThe Aqua Park itself is nicely built and the water activities are great. However, there are lots of stairs leading up to the water slides and massive buckets of water are spilling from the top all the time resulting in VERY slippery steps. They are not covered in any type of safe friction or anti-slip material, and I ended up slipping hard and almost breaking my arm. The Egyptian lifeguards on duty are terrible too. TWO of them saw the accident happen and did absolutely nothing. I had to stumble my way to one of them to ask for an icepack, to which he replied there's no emergency kit and if I needed ice I should go to the Mcdonald's nearby and get some. Another lifeguard started asking intrusive questions whilst I was swimming with my daughter, like where I'm from and other personal business. I didnt not feel comfortable nor safe and I would recommend placing some competent lifeguards who are...
