I feel this is the most authentic sushi place in Kuwait and it’s decently priced - i highly recommend Amimoto.

The sushi is very authentic, ie not too saucy and nothing too “extra” done to it - just delicious seafood done right.

The Eel hamabushi bowl is excellent, I order it every time and the quality of the eel hits the spot.

The Japanese style egg omelette is delicious and shouldn’t be missed, it’s done perfectly in my opinion with just the right level of sweetness.

The staff were excellent too, friendly and prompt.

The setting is quite nice, with a modern sleek design and a bright feel to it.

I usually go at night, I would argue the views in the daytime are better, since you can see the sea.

Tons of parking space too...

With the amount of Japanese restaurants in kuwait you are bound to find one that you like With that said this place isn't for me. Some dishes were hit and miss. So a quick summary of ''MY opinion" of the food. The curry dish.....so if you ever had Meme's curry, there is absolutely no need to order theirs. The curry was good but their chicken was kind of soggy and didnt taste all that good. Compared to the crunchy meme curry chicken. THe sushi rolls were decent. THe kale salad was delicious! THe price is a bit up there. BUt since you are in kuwait towers you are not just paying for the food you are paying for the view. i can keep going but i think i...
