Mixed Experience at Freej Restaurant
I recently visited Freej Restaurant with high expectations, and while the food was truly exceptional, there were some significant drawbacks that tempered my overall experience.
The food was, without a doubt, awesome. The flavors were rich, the portions were generous, and the presentation was impressive. Our group thoroughly enjoyed the dishes we ordered, and the quality of the food was undoubtedly top-notch.
However, the hygiene of the seating area left much to be desired. As we took our seats on the ground floor, specifically in the bachelor area, we couldn't help but notice that the tables and chairs could have been cleaner. This lack of attention to detail was concerning and took away from the overall ambiance of the restaurant.
To make matters worse, we had to wait nearly an hour for our food to arrive. While we understood that the restaurant might have been busy, the wait seemed excessive, especially considering that we were seated in a relatively quiet area.
Despite these issues, we would still recommend Freej Restaurant to others, primarily due to the exceptional quality of the food. However, we hope that the management will take steps to address the hygiene and wait time issues to provide a more well-rounded experience for their customers.

The Shrimp soup was horrible to the point I couldn’t eat it, had to return it after one spoon, they were kind enough to give me lentil soup, it tasted almost the same but with a hint of lentils, the Motabag Zibidi was smallest fish I have ever seen and wasn’t cooked well at all, the rice was amazing, the Murabian was really disappointing I wanted to cry out of shame in front of my husband, it was not a Murabian it was frozen taste prawns and cooked horribly to the point of no taste, we didn’t eat it. The fattosh was the nicest salad I have had so far, but that was it. The staff friendlish, no smiles just looking like I asked for much when I said can we have spoons, he gave it plastic spoons?! So had to wait for quite some time to ask again for metal spoons. The table was next to the bin/counter where they left dirty dishes from other tables, they didn’t remove them till I have to stare and make a face from the smell of the dirty dishes.
It was a mistake and I learned my lesson, never visited chain restaurants that has more than...
