Oishii Sushi — Restaurant in Qibla

Extremely poor service through talabat format. My order was placed at 9:45 p.m and the latest time of arrival was set at 11:05 p.m. I check with talabat at 11:10 p.m to follow up on my order. To my surprise, when I got a hold of the restaurant, the order was still “being prepared”, which was extremely unacceptable. Furthermore, I was told that the restaurant got all its orders in a bulk and that they couldn’t follow up with their orders. Now comes the question to mind, “why did you accept my order if you were packed with orders?” EXTREMELY POOR SERVICE, EXTREMLY UNACCEPTABLE. One of the best sushi places in Kuwait city. Good variety of Japanese food. Small but cozy atmosphere.
