SU SUSHI BAR — Restaurant in Qibla

New sushi bar concept recently opened with the idea of customising your own sushi.

Luckily we went on a time where there was street parking available (at 5:30 pm) on a Sunday. Otherwise this area is impossible to park at.

I wasn’t in the mood to try my luck so I ordered the following:

-Mango Quinoa Salad (with guac and ful of onion) 5/10 Wagyu Beef Oniygri 7/10 Spicy Fried Beef Maki Sushi 6/10 sauce was too spicy and meat was bland Spicy Prawn Tempura 7/10 prawns were fresh but covered in too much spicy sauce

Maybe we didn’t try the right things but honestly its hard to overlook that all 4 dishes were ‘meh’.

I might come back to try making my own sushi.. but otherwise I wouldn’t.

For a sushi bar, it was also on the high margin price-wise.. especially given the quality. Prompt...

Absolutely loved my experience at Su Sushi! The freshness of the food was outstanding, and the sushi rolls were expertly crafted with perfect balance and flavor. A nice small restaurant offering Japanese sushi, all our orders were delicious Tourched beef yakitori Shrimp avocado maki Wagyu beef onigiri Also you can make your own sushi by choosing the ingredients you like from the sushi bar, it was a loveable experience.

But the problem is with the parking, very difficult to find parking in day time, not sure...
