To start this off, my dad and I visited the branch yesterday and we had the worst experience for the first time ever with a Chinese cuisine. We are usual Chinese eaters and it's not our first time to try or eat such cuisine.

We got dynamite shrimps, kindu beef, and singapore noodles. Dynamite shrimps were okay, not really tasteful but better than the rest. The beef smells very bad and tastes even worse than the smell and we returned it because it was very bad. The noodles smelled really bad and tasted like they were expired.

I don't recommend this place to anyone at all, and it was our first and last time.

As for the owner of the place, he saw what happened and he was sitting right next to us and didn't apologize or make any effort. We also paid the bill where we didn't even touch the food after tasting. From this I understand that he is careless about his business and reputation so this is why I'm writing this review.

How shameful! I don't know how this place is still running but the kitchen needs to be checked.

To top this off, a restaurant needs to get you like the usual utensils that you eat with in a restaurant, not plastic cutlery.

Ambiance : 4/5 Cozy indoor seating arrangements and outdoor seating options.

Service : 5/5 Great welcoming and responsive staff with quick service.

Cuisine : 4/5 An array of options to choose from with pictorial depictions of the dish.

Quality : 3/5 The food wasn't that satiating. Something as basic as a Hot n Sour Soup or Chowmein lacked body and flavour. The Schezwan sauce was a joke.

Quantity : 3/5 Their portions we're not filling as they were quite stingy even with noodles. Again their gravies lacked any sort of flavour profile and distinct taste.

Room for improvement : Be generous with the basic ingredients and pack the food with good aromatic spices...

Great food and a cozy restaurant. But last night I had a dine in at this restaurant and I had noticed a couple, they had got a pet monkey along with them. So I would like to conclude that pets should not be allowed at the restaurant. This is because I have visited many restaurants in the GCC I've never seen something like this. Also the designated area for smoking should be mentioned per the rules and regulations of the country. This is because there is a possibility that you'll must be serving food to the customers in the same plate that of all the pets have eaten or touched.
