Extremely Disappointed After Years of Loyalty
I've been visiting this restaurant for over 10 years. Back in the day, the food was genuinely tasty, and it was one of my favorite places to dine. Unfortunately, things have taken a serious turn for the worse—especially in terms of customer service and ambiance.
The manager, who was wearing a black suit during my recent visit, was incredibly rude and dismissive. When I inquired about a particular item on the menu, he bluntly responded in a sharp tone: "We don’t have such thing." There was no apology, no courtesy, and certainly no professionalism in the way he addressed me. This kind of behavior from a manager is absolutely unacceptable. If this is how he treats loyal customers, then perhaps he should be temporarily suspended or sent for customer service training.
His attitude ruined the entire experience and made me feel unwelcome. It’s sad to see such arrogance replace what used to be a warm and inviting atmosphere. I’ve never left a restaurant feeling so disrespected.
To make matters worse, the music being played was loud and annoying. Bhojpuri and Hindi songs blaring at full volume made it impossible to relax or enjoy the meal. I could see other customers were equally uncomfortable, yet no one from the staff seemed to care.
On top of all this, the prices have gone up ridiculously. For such poor service and an unpleasant dining environment, it’s just not worth the money anymore.

Firstly when we entered, we requested for a cabin and the waiter rudely said the cabins were full. However, a few seconds later when another customer requested for a cabin, the waiter very politely accepted the customer. It amuses me how shamelessly they show biased behavior, fully aware that we are noticing it. Secondly, when asked about any dish, the waiters give a very vague or no explanation at all. Hate the service, will make sure to not come here until I have proof the service has improved. Does this restaurant not want customers??? Totally ruined my day and experience. The ambience was nice and the service provided was amazing. However, my taste bud didn’t match with what I ordered.
