I do understand that on weekends there can be delay in receiving the order but the most frustrating was almost after and hour and half when we called to check the status of the order they confirmed my order and told that the driver has already left... we had patience for 30 minutes... called back to check again and 3 different people asked about details of our order... and made us hold while they check in kitchen but they forget to keep on mute and I could hear their background where the staff were fighting and blaming other why didn’t I make the KOT.. that’s when I realised that they haven’t yet taken my order... My kids had to go hungry to bed as we were depended on them for our diner and no restaurant will take order so late!!! These people should understand it’s not just another business for them someone is depending on them for food and may go hungry!!!

This may be exceptional case for me but what irritated me was when I called after an hour instead of checking the order and making it fast they just lied to me that the driver has already left! PATHETIC SERVICE!!!

I will recommend not to order from people who don’t...

Hi.. visited the restaurant today and the service was totally terrible. Started off with the person taking the order so unprofessional he dint even clean the table since the last person left; told him to clean the table twice. The same cloth he used to wipe the table he wiped his hands also went back into the kitchen frying parathas TERRIBLE IS NOT THE WORD. He dint even have proper knowledge of the menu / food being served and kept running back and forth asking the chef in the kitchen; as per my knowledge chicken 65 is a completely dried fried dish and Rogan ghost was like watery its supposed to be a thick mughlai gravy ; half of the items on the menu weren't even available. The person taking our order had to go around - back and forth from outside to enter the kitchen as there no proper provision to enter from the front desk. Dinning in another restaurant would be a 100 times better...

We ordered 4 curries, 1 hyderabadi chicken dum biryani, 1 chicken fry biryani, 1 khizi chicken and 5 parathas, this was through dukan app. Anyway, the food took 1.5 hours to arrive. The biryanis were both off and when we plated them, they were slimy. They were clearly not prepared fresh or were left out at room temperature for too long. The curries tasted okay, the best was khizi chicken which tasted fresh, was hot and so were parathas. We contacted dukan about this and they suggested that the restaurant will send someone to pick up both biryanis. Surely, I will recommend not to try any rice dishes, unless you want an upset stomach. We certainly will not be eating from this place again. Edit: The restaurant called us the following day, apologised and sent us replacement for the 2 biryanis. This time they were definitely fresh and tasted delicious. Changing my rating from...
