Levels Tower Apartments — Hotel in Salmiya

Location is great. Nice building and good furniture. During my stay ( 26/6-3/7/2022) we had AC cut for many hours and the elevator did not work and we had to take stairs for more than 20 floors. Corridors were very hot. No AC. The worst part is the cleaning staff. They don’t clean up the apartment even with putting the sign for room cleaning on. We have to keep on asking the reception, the manager to get help. Not only once, but for many times. The one with the name Deeb from the cleaning team, has nothing to do with customer care and respect. But the lady at the reception with the name Loudiveh , is great and very helpful. Also, the manager in charge Sofiane, was willing to help. But, my recommendation to the hotel owners and management to replace the cleaning team to avoid losing customers. This hotel is almost new. I have been living here for few months and I have experienced endless air conditioning failures. I still do not know why the manager do not hire the correct people to fix the air conditioning. The chiller always is in failure. The room is to hot, and we can't open windows cc the temperature outside is above 41°C. They dont provide fans. Only this week, has been 2 air conditioning fails for hours. It's really a nightmare to be dealing with this heat. Mostly during the night when we can not sleep. On day, we can go to marina mall and be in the fresh air, but night??? Impossible!. But I have to say that personal here is incredibly professional and always friendly. Regina, mr. Mahmoud and Mr. Wael. That's why I give the 2 stars. There must be a way fo fix the freaking air conditioning...
