McDonald's — Restaurant in Salmiya

The food quality is very low (3 Big tasty large meals) and the staff there are horrible when we went yesterday at around 23:30AM especially the manager! She left us behind while talking at first then she wasn't cooperating at all! The worst attitude for the manager and worker (Gerchal and Mary as I was informed). This is not a way to respond to customers at all! I hope the manager will take a training cuz obviously she has 0 manners. Horrible behavior!

THE WORST MCDONALD'S BRANCH IN KUWAIT. DRIVE THRU STAFF CAN'T TAKE AN ORDER CORRECTLY AND THRY NEVER GIVE YOU THE FULL ORDER. Everytime i visit the branch it's worst than before. Either work on updating it or close it. Their drive thru service is very very slow and everytime we have to wait for more than 15 min for the food to be ready. Very rare does the entire family get together but when we do, we are sometimes certain that the restaurant will have a hard time taking orders and accommodating us.

When we reached McDonald's on the Salam al Mubarak street Salmiya-Kuwait, the staff was not just welcoming but they took our orders with patience and a lot of understanding.

Their service was outstanding - very welcoming and accommodating to our requests. They were just amazing!
