Roze Restaurant — Restaurant in Liepaja

Came as a group of 4 friends, Friday early evening. When we arrived a waiter that chose to speak English with us (his English level was not good - I asked for a pear lemonade on the menu,and he understood only from the third time when I pointed my finger at it) took out order with difficulty. I could have spoken to him in perfect Latvian or Russian, so on our part the language was not an issue. We waited for a salad, pasta and an appetizer for an hour. The only good thing about this place was the atmosphere and the somellier that was fantastic at recommending and encouraging to try Georgian wines. Our dinner was completely ruined, and only two of our group got what they ordered, as appetizers that were served were wrong. We understood that it may have been a misunderstanding but the waiter did not apologize and did not ever come to our table to ask if everything is okay event though restaurant was half full at best. When paying the bill, I thanked him and he did not say anything back, was irritated and in general did not seem like a person who should work in hospitality or catering. A pleasant atmosphere, a spot in the shade on a hot summer day is wonderful. The table was dirty, the waiter wasn’t very familiar with the menu, and the Caesar salad with turkey was very poor in lettuce leaves. The turkey itself, which is already rather dry, was dried out even more, and the portion was quite small. The side potatoes that came with the lula kebab were undercooked. Такого похода в ресторан у меня никогда не был. Возможно все сложилось из за официанта. Сделали заказ, нам посоветовали продегустировать вино. За сомелье ставлю лайк, дружелюбный и посоветует любое вино по желанию. Через 15 минут мы вернулись за стол, тот же официант снова к нам подошёл и переспросил, что мы заказали.  После дегустации прошло 25 минут, нам принесли напитки. Прошло потом ещё 15 минут, нам принесли тарелки. Прошел в общем 1ч 10м после нашего заказа, нам принесли еду. Заказывали салат, паста и закуски. (Мы попросили принести заказ всем одновременно). Блюдо друзьям принесли не те закуски, что нам официант уверял что мы заказали эти закуски. Два раза перепроверял официант наш заказ. (Может уровень английского языка офицанта подвёл). Таглетелли были пресные, соли вообще не было, морепродукты спасли на вкус. 4/10. Салат с морепродуктами - интересная комбинация продуктов 8/10. Друзья остались голодные, так как закуски принесли не те, другие ждать мы отказались, чтобы снова не терять время.  В ответ от официанта, почему так долго мы ждали блюда - полная посадка и 3 повара работает на кухне.
