Bocca Buona Restaurant — Restaurant in Riga

I am staying in the hotel here and restaurant seemed to me pretty nice, as well Italian which is even better. I had few coffees the morning and coffee is really excellent. I am pretty used to Italian coffee and their espresso shot is pretty bitter and leave the right aftertaste. Then I read the comments and was ready that something may go wrong, but it was all perfect. Workers are smiling and nice, and they are not being nice obligatory, you can see it. Since I wake up late they were proposing me some fruits for my coffee and were really there to help with everything. Food is good and has also good representation. Music is Italian 🥰...

Slow service, took 2 hrs to finish a regular lunch. We were a party of eight, and some of us hade to wait really long for the main course (rest of the party had finished their meal before the last three plates were on the table). A cappucino was left standing on the bar desk for 5 min before it was picked up by a waiter, instead of the bartender, who wasn't busy, bringing it to the table. Mussel and clam pizza only contained mussels. Some of the mussels had closed shells, a sign of disease or death prior to cooking. Such mussels should not be served since they can cause...

Absolutely rude receptionist. Was trying to make reservation for 5 people . Was refused due to only 4 chair availability, and when asking for an extra chair received an answer ''how many chairs we have-we have, no extra chairs possible''Also when saying, that there will be 2 small kids and most likely need kids chairs, received an additional answer ''if you will keep your kids on arms-you can come...." Customer Service at -5....
