I haven’t had sfiha in years! I couldn’t believe there was a place around the corner from where I was staying who made it. So I set out to have my first lunch in Lebanon there. The place is cozy & very easy to find. The staff (Ahmad and Yazan) were SUPER friendly and welcoming and we chatted as they made my food. I definitely burned my mouth as I gobbled down the food because I couldn’t wait. I got six pieces of sfiha and a cup of Laban. You MUST generously squeeze the lemon and add Harr (spice) or the sachets of pomegranate molasses to the food for extra flavouring. So yummy! The total cost was 5 or 6 USD. You can pay either in Lebanese lira or dollars. Expect the change to be in Lira. Always bring small change as it’s easier for everyone. Note that not all places in Lebanon accept cards. In the end, cash is king in Lebanon.

This shop opened recently in the district. The owner was friendly. The staff were professional. The service was fast. We ordered crispy sfiha and it was really good. The taste was so delicious. I loved the place and for sure will come again. Keep up the good work.
