I haven’t had sfiha in years! I couldn’t believe there was a place around the corner from where I was staying who made it. So I set out to have my first lunch in Lebanon there. The place is cozy & very easy to find. The staff (Ahmad and Yazan) were SUPER friendly and welcoming and we chatted as they made my food. I definitely burned my mouth as I gobbled down the food because I couldn’t wait. I got six pieces of sfiha and a cup of Laban. You MUST generously squeeze the lemon and add Harr (spice) or the sachets of pomegranate molasses to the food for extra flavouring. So yummy!
