Extremely disappointing experience. We were a group of 18 people, including visitors from abroad, and decided on Bebabel Batroun based on the great service we had previously received at their Dubai branch and unfortunately it was nothing like that.

The dishes were served in staggered intervals, with long delays in between, completely ruining the purpose of Lebanese mezze, which is meant to be enjoyed together. We spoke to multiple staff members and managers, but no one took real responsibility. Just empty apologies with no follow-through.

To top it off, there were no desserts available. Instead of offering a solution or any goodwill gesture, they simply told us to get dessert from the place next door. Not even a small discount or acknowledgment of the poor service.

When you're paying $100 per person at a supposedly upscale restaurant, this kind of experience is unacceptable. Disorganized, unprofessional, and lacking the basic sense of hospitality. Wouldn’t return...
