The ambience is ok, it's definitely a place if you wanna be seen, gives me late 90s vibes with the aging crowd, well if you are there for the food, don't. Their burrata salad is store-bought mozzarella with tomatoes and not creamy Burrata, if it wasn't $26 I would've let it go, but I don't like rip offs when they don't even give you what you're supposed to be paying for. Also we ordered raw tuna, they served us white fish that's colored fuchsia. If it was only the fake Barata, I would've given 3 stars, but pulling fake tuna!! Last year when I visited the restaurant I really fell in love with the ambience and the food . Although this is called Mandalpun Cafe...it is actually a restaurant offering a big variety of dishes and options. It is a bit expensive and in my opinion targets the high society but still if you are willing to pay for a dish a bit more than what you would pay else where then make sure to visit. They offer the best salad bard ive seen in Lebanon with a lot of choices incl balila..foul..bread..etc... all the dishes i tried were excellent.
