Embarrassed and belittled in front of other customers. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Today the new rules in this restaurant. I'm talking about a covid pass. At least twice a week I come to eat, I never had a problem like today, the name of the waitress Urte (seems to me), not to know how to talk to customers. She tried to scan my covid pass, but the app doesn't work for them, as it does in many places in Lithuania. Her app scanned my pass,which showed it to be invalid. As if I show the date where it is written before February 16th.On her app shows very clear. My name,year of birth,where the passport was issued and that the data is NOT FOUND. But this is not my problem that you people do not have the right app, I am unregistered from Lithuania 20 years ago, I do not live here. I've been visiting you since mid december.I've never had such a problem like today, as far as i come, the waitress asked me to show my passport with an expiration date and that's it.The waitress says I won't let you in because maybe it's fake.SHOCKED!!! I asked if she can call police then(to check my fake pass :)))Dissatisfied she went to the kitchen, came with the chef, the chef did not wear any mask on her face. I asked where is the restaurant boss.Answer -on vacation.I waste 15 min of my lifetime, I had to log into my GP to enter my full details to get a flight covid pass. THIS IS RIDICULOUS !!!! Good quality of sushi, friendly staff and fair prices. They’re fast and the hot sushi is a really nice idea! Maybe I’d put more vegan options and more options without soft cheese, but I can understand why they’re doing it:) I’d try to look for an idea or price deal to reduce the amount of plastic when it comes to takeaway, as Birštonas is doing really well on that level;) however, as a sushi-lover I enjoyed and will go back...
